Terms of Service

By commissioning or purchasing a design from me, you automatically agree to my terms of service.

I do not support NFTs or AI.

• Home

Payments/Refunds

• PayPal only ($USD).• Payment must be sent within 48hrs of invoice.• Commission will be started only once payment has been received.• No refunds on completed art.• Payment plans are not accepted.

General

• Proper credit must be given for the original art/design.• Art piece may be re-posted (social media, icons, etc.) but you MUST credit me. Do not claim artwork as your own.• Do not upload my art to any AI programs/apps.• I maintain rights to the original art and may use it for promotional purposes, in my portfolio, etc.• Original art piece is not to be edited, drawn on, etc. by anyone other than myself.• Commercial use of design (selling prints, merch, etc.) will cost 100% of the original price.

Commissions (Closed/Under Construction)

• Commission information may be sent either through email or Twitter.• Please provide an email/Twitter and PayPal to make communication easier.• Please provide a full, clear description of what your design ideas are. Reference images are also welcome.• You will be sent process photos throughout the commission so that desired edits may be requested.• I have the right to refuse/cancel the commission if it becomes an aggressive or uncomfortable situation.• You are allowed up to 3 edits. After this, a $10 fee (depending on complexity of character) will be made for each edit. If you change the entire idea/design after I have already started the sketch, you will be charged a fee of $5 USD.• If I have not started the commission yet, you will be given a full refund. If I have already started the commission, you will be refunded 50%. If the commission is fully complete, I will not offer any refunds.
